Mike Gault

Campus Director

Mike is passionate about developing leaders who lead others to Jesus. A South Florida native, he brings experience from ministry, church leadership, and the business world, with strengths in leadership development, team building, and strategic planning. He holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has spent much of his career investing in students, young adults, and emerging leaders. Mike married his middle school sweetheart, Cybil, in 2000, and together they are raising six children in Miami.

Jerome McDougle

Football Chaplain

Jerome is passionate about helping young people grow in faith, character, and purpose. A former University of Miami National Champion and first-round NFL Draft selection, he brings experience in leadership, mentoring, and community engagement. Jerome has dedicated much of his post-football career to investing in young people through nonprofit work, discipleship, and leadership development. He and his wife, Jaceinte, are raising four children and are committed to serving others through faith, family, and mentorship.

Abby Casiano

Woman's Sports Chaplain

Abby is a University of Miami alumni and former volleyball student-athlete. A Tampa, Florida native, she played five years of collegiate volleyball and graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies and a minor in History. During her time at UM, Abby served as an FCA student leader and was actively involved in the weekly women's Bible study. She is passionate about discipling college students and helping the next generation grow in their faith and purpose.

Zakiya Rashid

Woman's Sport Chaplain

Zakiya, better known as "Z," is a University of Miami alumni and former track and field athlete. During her time at UM, she earned four ACC Championship titles as a discus thrower and became involved with FCA as a student leader and later as an intern. She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Miami and now serves students through FCA with a passion for discipleship, leadership development, and helping athletes grow in their faith.

Dr LaTosha Ramsey

Area Representative

Dr. Ramsey, better known as "Dr. Tosh," is a Miami native with a passion for serving students and developing leaders. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Grambling State University and her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University. After serving in the University of Miami's Enrollment Management department, she became involved with UM FCA as a volunteer in 2018 and now serves as a Campus Area Representative. Dr. Tosh is passionate about mentoring students and helping them grow in faith, leadership, and purpose.
